Recovery depends on the strength and resilience of everyone, including individuals living with mental health issues, their caregivers, family, and friends.

Our “Self-Care” workshop champions the practice of self-care as an integral part of this journey. Students will acquire practical skills to engage in self-care activities, establish daily self-care routines, and serve as role models for others.

By the end of this workshop, students will define what self-care means, recognise and manage stressors, measure stress levels, express self-care needs, set clear boundaries, and employ various relaxation and stress management techniques.
