3-Part Wellbeing Essentials Workshop Series

We’re pleased to announce a three-part series of free workshops aimed at fostering personal health and wellbeing for everyone in the Western Sydney community!
While each workshop is tailored to provide valuable learning and insights independently, enrolling in all three workshops will provide additional benefits as they complement and build upon each other.
Physical and Mental Health, Online
12:00pm – 4:00pm, Saturday 17th August 2024
Develop greater insights into the relationship between physical and mental health, with practical advice to support you to make healthy lifestyle changes.
Self-Care, Online
12:00pm – 4:00pm, Saturday 24th August 2024
Understand the importance of self-care in maintaining physical, mental, and emotional health, with techniques and strategies to support balance in your life.
Mindfulness, Online
12:00pm – 2:00pm, Saturday 31st August 2024
Gain practical skills in mindfulness techniques that foster awareness and presence, helping you to manage thoughts, emotions, stress, and anxiety more effectively.

Important! Before you enrol: We are required to provide our services to people who live/work/study or provide services in the Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) area. If you are not sure whether you are eligible, please check Who can attend recovery college. If your address is outside of WSLHD area but you study or provide services within the Western Sydney LHD, please ensure you respond to the relevant question on the enrolment form to explain your connection to the area.
