Bridget has recently joined the team as the Engagement Officer. Bridget has previously worked for One Door as a peer worker and is also a Mental Health Educator. Her background is in youth mental health and she is currently studying a Masters in Social Work.
Bridget is a self-proclaimed nerd and enjoys cuddling her two cats, knitting, reading, and cooking vegetarian food. She is also a self-taught painter and poet and believes that the creative arts have the power to help anyone grow from a caterpillar in a cocoon to a fully-fledged butterfly. Bridget is excited to be part of the Recovery College team, and looks forward to meeting all the students soon!
