Sometimes the idea of joining in a workshop online can be a bit daunting. It can be challenging to adapt to the different format of attending or running a workshop online. People are looking at you through your video. It’s not the same as a face-to-face class. How can you make time to do an online activity if you’re a carer? How can you do group work over Zoom?
So we decided to share some of our stories about what we found challenging and how we overcame the difficulties. Here you can hear from Recovery College staff and educators about the sometimes surprising benefits of joining in online.
