Let’s Get Moving
We know that getting up and moving is good for us but we still put off doing it. Now that we are all being asked to stay at home doesn’t this mean we have even better reasons to stay off the couch? This course takes you through some activities you can do in a restricted space while we are all physically isolating. Using a combination of videos and class time we look at what you can do in a restricted space and then look at ways we can remind ourselves that moving is a good idea.
This workshop is supported by some short videos of Tai Chi exercises. Ahead of session 1, it is not required but we recommend students review exercises 3 to 7.
This two-part workshop series is being offered online during Term 2 2020.
Students should plan to attend both online workshops. Please fill out only one enrolment form.
