Walk for Wellness this World Mental Health Day

2021 would mark the ninth annual Wellness Walk over the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge for One Door Mental Health. Now 18 months into the pandemic, it is important to continue to raise awareness on the impact of COVID-19 on the people we support, motivate them to stay active and halt the decline in their physical health.

This year we will be urging our communities across Australia to take steps towards improving mental and physical health by walking for wellness during the week following World Mental Health Day: 10 to 16 October.
