Thank you for joining our Recovery Journey in 2019

We would like to thank all of you who joined Western Sydney Recovery College in 2019 and made our workshops and programs part of your journey to mental health recovery and learning!

Speaking with our educators at the end of this year, the overwhelming theme that has come up from hearing the stories and experiences of students is that of resilience. By sharing our stories with each other, we can share our strengths and inspire others through our resilience whatever we are facing.

We know that the festive season can sometimes be difficult to navigate, so we have put together some suggestions for self-care and a reminder of the services you can contact if you need assistance during the holiday period.

Finally, we are excited to announce that our Term 1 2020 Course Guide is now available and the schedule is also on our website. You can start enrolling now!

Please note the WSRC office will be closed from close of business Thursday 19 December and will reopen on Monday 6 January 2020.

Staying well during the holiday season
